Apple iPad Now Available at Walmart?

The much anticipated Apple iPad has been announced and Jeff Bezos along with the Amazon Kindle, are crapping their pants! Harrison Painter discusses what the iPad will not do, what Apple is trying to accomplish, and asks “WHERE IS THE CAMERA?” Will the iPad be available at Walmart, we think so!

*What the iPad will NOT Do:

• No Multi-Tasking – When did Palm pass Apple in the Tech department again?
• No Drag & Drop File Management - It is 2010, and we should be free to roam! Why is Apple always putting shackles on us. (Calling AT&T now!)
• No USB Port/No SD Slot – Apple’s exclusive connector pack available now! Cha-Ching
• No Flash – After all, this thing is a content digestion device, LET ME EAT!
• No HDMI Out - Are you really plugging this thing into your TV anyway? After all, you have been watching LOST on your iPhone for years now.
• No 1080p Playback – I just heard a geeks head explode
• No Native Widescreen - Coming soon
• No Full GPS - How many devices do you need to tell you where you are going anyway?
• No Open SDK – Tech Bloggers across the nation have more to whine about!
• No Camera/Video – OK, now you have crossed the line!

We are excited about the direction the iPad is going and the low price point makes this device attractive. We can live without most of these features, but the camera is the biggest deal breaker on the table!
