I can not say enough good things about Brian Tomkins. He has created an amazing professional presence on facebook, was one of the original Go-Giver Tour guys, a national speaker, and has been writing a column for the Chicago Business Ledger. He is currently working on some very larger corporate social media campaigns with BOOM Media in San Diego, getting ready to host a local radio show, and really helping companies not only understand this space, but giving them an incredible return on their investment!

Bob Burg is not only a mentor, but someone I am so honored to call a friend. Bob, and co-author John David Mann @JohnDavidMann, have just released “Go-Givers Sell More”, a fantastic follow up to their best selling book “The Go-Giver”. In my opinion, this should be the #1 book on your to-read list!!

Dr. Thomas Ho is a Professor of Computer and Information Technology at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). He is a pioneer in social media and web 2.0 practices, and I had the honor to meet him at the Inaugural Indiana Social Media Summit held back in late December. Follow his stream and you will find a person who is not only incredibly intelligent, but one that listens, shares, and cares about the people in his network.
Linkedin Genius Award goes to: Neal Schaffer @NealSchaffer
Neal is helping business professionals embrace and leverage social media, and someone I respect very much. He wrote the #1 book on Linkedin I have ever seen; “Understanding, Leveraging, & Maximizing Linkedin”, and to be honest, this is the most thorough and up to date book on the market for Linkedin. Neal is a great speaker, and one look at his speaking resume will show you he is the real deal.
That raps up this weeks edition of GoGladiator Media’s Follow Friday Social Media Awards! These are all people I highly respect, so connect with these amazing folks and your life and business will flourish because of it.
LOVE IT!
